Current members of the History Center should contact [email protected] to request your virtual Festival of Gingerbread. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

If you are holding a ticket for a virtual tour, please contact [email protected] to redeem your ticket. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your order details, including a personal access link and password to the virtual tour video.

Your personal access link and password are valid for 24 hours after you first visit the tour link.

You may access and view the tour as many times as you like within the 24 hour viewing period. After the 24 hour viewing time has expired, your link/password will no longer work, and you will no longer be able to access the tour.
